Suat Ayan founded Prisma Legal in 2021. This boutique law firm, specialized in labour and employment law, advises employers (both public and private) as well as employees on different aspects of their relations.
While the firm engages in litigation where necessary, it favors, whenever appropriate, by personalized and pragmatic advice, to guide individual and corporate clients towards extrajudicial solutions.
Prisma Legal is not one-dimensional and also advises clients in other fields of law, for instance in contract law (tenancy, sale, distribution, etc.), family law, more specifically in separation and divorce matters, migration law, as well as criminal law.
The founder of Prisma Legal uses her language skills and broad cultural background to provide clients with advice that takes into account their variety of situations and backgrounds.
